1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy of the Internet Shop is informational in nature, which means that it is not a source of obligations for the Users or Customers of the Internet Shop.

The administrator of personal data collected through the Internet Shop is company: CZAKI THERMO-PRODUCT Sp. z o. o., headquarters: ul. 19-go Kwietnia 58, 05-090 Rybie, NIP: 5342656976,

e-mail address: czaki@czaki.pl – hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator” and being at the same time the Service Provider of the Internet Shop and the Seller.
Personal data of the Service Recipient and the Client are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997. (Dziennik Ustaw 1997, No. 133, item 883, as amended) (hereinafter referred to as: the Act on Personal Data Protection) and the Act on Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
The Administrator shall exercise special care in order to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that the data collected by him/her are processed in accordance with the law; collected for designated, lawful purposes and not further processed against these purposes; substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that enables identification of data subjects no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
All words, expressions and acronyms appearing on this website and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Internet Shop, Electronic Service) shall be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Terms and Conditions of the Internet Shop available on the websites of the Internet Shop.

2. THE PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND THE RECIPIENT OF THE DATA.

Each time the purpose, scope and recipients of the data processed by the Administrator results from the actions taken by the Customer or the Client in the Internet Shop. For example, if the Customer, while placing an Order, chooses personal collection instead of courier delivery, his or her personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the Sales Agreement, but will no longer be made available to the carrier carrying out the shipment on behalf of the Administrator.
Possible purposes of collecting personal data of the Customers or Consumers by the Administrator:
(1) conclusion and performance of a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service (e.g. Account).
(2) fulfillment of guarantee obligations.
Possible recipients of personal data of the Customers of the Internet Shop.
In the case of a Customer who uses the method of delivery by mail or courier, the Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customer to a selected carrier or intermediary who carries out the delivery on the order of the Administrator.
In the case of a Customer who uses the electronic payment method or payment card in the Internet Shop, the Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customer to a selected entity handling the above payments in the Internet Shop.
The Administrator may process the following personal data of the Customers or Consumers using the Online Store:
(1) name and surname.
(2) e-mail address.
(3) contact telephone number.
(4) delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, town, country).
(5) address of residence/business/seat (if different from the delivery address).
in the case of Customers or Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process
(7) the company name and tax identification number (NIP) of the Customer or Consumer.

(8) the Client’s bank account number (fulfilment of guarantee obligations).
Providing personal data referred to in the above point may be necessary for the conclusion and performance of a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Services in the Internet Shop. Each time the scope of data required to conclude an agreement is indicated in advance on the website of the Internet Shop and in the Rules and Regulations of the Internet Shop.

3. COOKIES AND OPERATING DATA.

Cookies are small text information in the form of text files sent by a server and saved on the website of a visitor to the Online Shop (e.g. on a hard drive of a computer, laptop or smartphone memory card – depending on the device used by a visitor to our Online Shop). The Administrator may process data contained in cookies, when visitors use the website of the Internet Shop for the following purposes:
(1) identification of the Users as logged in the Online Shop and showing that they are logged in.
(2) remember the Products added to the basket in order to place an Order.
(3) storing data from completed Order Forms, surveys or logging in to the Online Shop.
(4) adjusting the content of the Online Shop’s website to the Customer’s individual preferences (e.g. concerning colours, font size, page layout) and optimising the use of the Online Shop’s websites.
(5) keeping anonymous statistics presenting the manner of using the website of the Internet Shop.
By default, the majority of Internet browsers available on the market accept the storage of cookies by default. Everyone has the possibility to determine the terms of use of cookies using the settings of their own web browser. This means that you can, for example, partially (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable the possibility of saving cookies – in the latter case, however, it may affect some of the functions of the Online Shop (for example, it may not be possible to go through the Order Form due to the fact that the Products are not saved in the shopping cart during the next steps of placing an order).
The settings of your browser regarding cookies are important for the consent to the use of cookies by our Online Shop – according to the regulations, such consent can also be given by the settings of your browser. If you do not give your consent, you must change your browser settings for cookies accordingly.

The Administrator also processes anonymized exploitation data related to the use of the Internet Shop (IP address, domain) to generate statistics helpful in administering the Internet Shop. These data are of aggregate and anonymous nature, i.e. they do not contain features identifying persons visiting the website of the Internet Shop. This data is not disclosed to third parties.

4. THE BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING.

Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, although failure to provide personal data indicated on the website of the Internet Shop and in the Terms and Conditions of the Internet Shop necessary for the conclusion and performance of a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Services results in the impossibility of concluding such an agreement.
The basis for processing personal data of the Customer or the Customer is the need to perform the agreement to which the Customer is a party or to take action at his request before concluding the agreement. In the case of data processing for direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services, the basis for such processing is (1) the prior consent of the Service Recipient or the Client or (2) the fulfilment of legally justified purposes pursued by the Administrator (in accordance with Article 23 (4) of the Personal Data Protection Act, direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services is considered a legally justified purpose in particular.

5. THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECT THEIR DATA.

The Service Recipient or the Client has the right to access and correct their personal data.
Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Administrator’s data filing system, and in particular the right to: request completion, updating, correction of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their deletion, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
In the event that the Customer or the Client grants consent to the processing of data for direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services, the consent may be revoked at any time.
If the Administrator intends to process the data of the Service Recipient or the Client for the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to:
(1) submit a written, reasoned request to discontinue the processing of his/her data due to his/her particular situation or:
(2) object to the processing of his/her data.
In order to exercise the rights referred to above, the Administrator may be contacted by sending an appropriate message in writing or by e-mail to the address of the Inspector of Personal Data Protection: iodo@czaki.pl. The Inspector of Personal Data Protection is Zbigniew Banasik, M.Sc.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS.

The Internet shop may contain links to other websites. The administrator encourages you to familiarize yourself with the privacy policy set out on other websites. This privacy policy applies only to this Internet Shop.
The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to protect the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by the protection, and in particular protects the data against unauthorized access to them, taking them away by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction.
The Administrator shall adequately make available the following technical means preventing unauthorised persons from collecting and modifying personal data sent electronically:
(1) security of the data filing system against unauthorized access.
(2) access to the customer’s ccount only after providing an individual login and password.
(3) SSL security certificate.
